Could K-Summit Tire Chains fit 2017 Audi Q5 with 235/55 R19 Tires

Question:

For the low profile Koenig tire chain, will I need the optional lug nut adaptor? Even though Audi will not recommend chains, what has your experience been with this model and tire size?

If there was a set of tire chains that were going to be a fit for a vehicle that the manufacturer stated that chains shouldn't be used it's the Konig K-Summits like the part # TH02230K66 that you referenced as they do not drape over the inside of the tire's sidewall so they don't require any clearance there.

If you are in an area that requires tire chains I'd show these to your Audi dealer and ask if they think these would be an issue. Most likely you'd be fine but you have to clear it with them first. You shouldn't need the 22 mm adapter either.
