The Thule OutWay 2 Bike Carrier, part # TH45JV will fit your 2011 Nissan Altima 2 Door. The top clips in the gap at the front edge of the top of the trunk. The lower clips fit in the bottom edge of the trunk. The lower arm of the carrier will be positioned on the upper tier of the bumper.

If you are going to be carrying women's or children's bikes that do not have the horizontal bar at the top of the frame, you will want to use the Thule Bike Adapter Bar, part # TH982XT. It attaches to the center seat post and to the handlebar post and provides a horizontal bar, so the bike can ride level on the bike rack.
