High Capacity Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2018 Ford F-150 with Factory Hitch
Question:
Can I remove the OEM Tow Package hitch 500tw/5000towing cap and replace it with the curt 1000tw/10000towing cap hitch. Instead of installing it underneath the OEM hitch. Thanks

We have a trailer hitch that is a fit for your 2018 Ford F-150 that has the factory hitch but since the factory hitch is part of the rear bumper we can't recommend a way to remove it.
The Curt hitch part # C14016 would be your best option as it has a 1,000 lb tongue weight rating and a 10,000 lb total trailer weight rating.
