The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs - 5 on 4-1/2 - Regular Tires - 2,000 lbs # A20RS545, the maximum load is 2,000 lbs per kit which is one axle, or 1,000 lbs per side if they could be used individually. If you wanted the trailer to have a 4,000 lb capacity, you would need to add a second kit to create a tandem axle trailer.

Your other option would be to bump up to a higher single axle capacity like the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension - Spindle Only - Regular Tires - 5200 lbs # ASR5200S01 and then add the hubs or hub/drums and brake assemblies. That capacity would change your bolt pattern to 6 on 5-1/2 inches however.

I've linked the page to all of your Timbren Axle-Less System options with their per kit/axle maximum capacity.
