We have both products you mentioned for your 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 4.0 liter, but unfortunately not both combined into the same product.

For a monitor we have the Insight CTS2 part # EP84130 which is a confirmed fit, or for a programmer we have the part # SU3874 which can provide up to 24 horsepower and 28 ft lbs of torque.
