2 Bike Rack for a 2014 Subaru Forester with the OEM Hitch
Question:
Hello, I am interested in purchasing a bike rack for a 2014 Subaru Forester with the OEM hitch. I was wondering which would work safely with the OEM hitch. Some of the racks dont fit very far into the receiver so I am concerned that it might not be safe. Thank you for your assistance.

I recommend the Thule Apex, part # TH9024XT. This rack has been specifically approved by Thule to work in the Subaru Forester OEM hitch. I've included our video review of this rack so you can get an idea of its features.
You may find it helpful with the hanging style rack to have a frame adapter bar, part # 64005 in order to help any alternative, womens or children's frame bikes you have ride level with the carrier, rather than hanging at an angle.
