I spoke with my contact at BAK regarding the BAKFlip FiberMax Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK126507 referenced in your question. She stated that there will be no interference between your factory installed utili-track system and this tonneau cover. They will work together without issue.
This custom-fit tonneau cover will do a great job of protecting your cargo. The quad-fold design allows for partial or full truck bed access and the automatically latching panels will provide a secure truck bed when the tailgate is closed and locked.
