Yes, the Kat's Heaters Custom Fit Engine Block Heater part # KH11813 is a confirmed fit for your 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid with the 2.5L I4 engine. This block heater is a cartridge style heater that does not require you to remove your frost plug or drain the coolant for installation.
The block heater will need to be installed on the rearmost, left hand side of the engine. This location is shown as "RL" in the attched diagram. Don't forget the Kat's Heaters Plug Cover for Power Cords with 3-Prong Plugs part # KH28405 to cover the plug while not in use.
