The Cipa Universal Door Mount Mirror # CM45000 referenced in your question can be used on either the driver side or the passenger side of the vehicle. This will come with one mirror, so if you are wanting to install one on each side, you will just need to order 2. All of the necessary mounting hardware is included.
This is a nice, universal mirror that will help to eliminate blind spots and can also be turned inward for normal driving or fitting through tight spaces. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
