Will Edge Programmer for 2014 Dodge Ram Hemi Void Warranty
Question:
I was looking at the edge evolution programner for my 2014 dodge ram hemi, i was wondering i seen another guys question about factory warranty could be voided from using a programmer but you stated he was under some act, that if the programmer didnt cause the issue then they cant void it. Would that be the same case for mind. I was going to get one but i have to take my truck I for warranty work

Installing the Edge Diesel Evolution CTS2 Performance Tuner # EP85450 will not void the factory warranty on your Ram under most circumstances. Consumers are protected by the Magnuson-Moss warranty act that states, in part, that unless the part added actually causes a problem, then installation and use of the part will not void the warranty.
We recommend removing the programmer before going to the dealer for any warranty work just to prevent any possible issues. Most dealers won't mind but some can be difficult.
