I am looking for a DeeZee Tailgate Assist kit for a Ford F150 pickup truck. Which model should I purchase to fit this year of my truck?

For your 2010 Ford F-150 the DeeZee tailgate assist part # DZ43200 is a confirmed fit and will work well. We had the chance to install this on a similar 2011 F-150 and we found it fit and worked well.
