What is the Warranty on the Erickson Heavy Duty Silver Tarp?

I was curious what kind of warranty if any there is on this tarp? I read a lot of negative reviews on many different brand tarps, and apparently they just dont hold up to the weather.

The Erickson Heavy-Duty Silver Tarp, 14 x 14 Weave - 30' x 50' # EM57028 is a really strong tarp with a criss-cross 14 x 14 weave of 1,000-denier nylon thread. It has a poyethelyne coating to resist UV rays and harsh weather to prevent shrinking, rot, and mildew. It has rust-proof grommets and plasti-reinforced corners.

I recommend inspecting the tarp for any manufacturing defects before initial use. The manufacturer does not warranty this product after use. There are just too many variables for misuse with a tarp to have a warranty past the initial manufacturing of the product.
