Brake lights work turn signals work but tail lights and running lights not working?

I recommend checking your light bulbs first and then your ground connection as that is often times the issue if you have some functions and not others. You will want to make sure the ground wire is connected to bare metal and is free of corrosion or debris.
If you ground connection is solid, then you will want to use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test wires and check fuses (check owners manual for locations). This will help you find a short in a wire if there is one so you can replace anything damaged to get your lights working properly.
