We have the Camco RV Refrigerator Vent Cover # CAM42160 which is a fit for your application. The vent dimensions are 33-1/4 by 10-1/4 by 3-5/8 inches. It is intended for bases 26 by 7-1/2 inches. It fits Dometic bases like you stated for your 1993 Holiday Rambler Navigator. It is made of polypropylene with a UV stabilizer to stand up to the sun as it keeps dirt and debris out of your refrigerator vent system. It is a simple mounting with 4 small screws and 4 longer screws.
