Installing Rubber Socket and Stem for Door Holder
Question:
Hello, im looking to use the plastic 2 in. stem with the rubber socket door holder on one of my design and id like to know what hardware is needed to install those two parts. Also, my boss already ordered the 2 in. stem while i had design my door for the 1 in. stem. So id like to know if the socket can hold the stem even if there is an angle between the stem and the socket thank you

The Plastic Stem and Rubber Socket Door Holder - 2" Long Stem # DH39R and the 1 inch long stem use the same receiver socket # DH38S. The stem is simply a different length, but all other things work. The hardware needed depends on your desired location and does not come with the kit. The socket and stem each have a hole that is 0.27 inches or 7 mm. The stem and socket can have a slight angle and still function, but a significant angle would hinder proper function.
