The Curt 5th wheel trailer hitches including # C16069 are not made in the US. For a 5th wheel hitch that fits your 2017 GMC Sierra 3500 long bed AND that is made in America you can use B&W hitch # BWRVK3700. I have linked a video review of this hitch for you.
