Why Does Ramp of Curt Carrier part # FHG69ZR Point Towards Passenger Side of Vehicle
Question:
I noticed that the pictures of the product shows the ramp opening curb side. Is it possible to turn the carrier around and have the ramp open to the drivers side of the vehicle?

The reason the ramp is on the passenger side of the Flint Hill Godds Carrier part # FHG69ZR that you referenced is because if you were to ever pull over on the side of the highway and needed to unload the carrier the ramp would not be pointing out into the traffic side of the vehicle and instead would point towards the shoulder which would be much safer.
The side of this ramp cannot be switched.
