I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the Valterra RV Waste Valve # T11 referenced in your question. I measured a length of right at 7-1/2 inches from the end of the 3 inch lug to the end of the 3 inch hub. I have attached an image with this dimension labeled that you can also take a look at.
This RV sanitation tee will combine the rotating black-water waste valve and gray-water line. The 3 inch hub slides over the black-water line while the 1-1/2 inch hub slides over the gray-water line. A bayonet cap fits over the 3 inch lug fitting that connects to your sewer hose.
