According to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (P.L. 93-637), unless the installation and the part caused a problem then the warranty cannot be voided. I recommend looking it up online.

For a trailer hitch receiver confirmed to fit your 2016 Honda Pilot, I recommend taking a looking at the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98840. If you need a wiring harness, then the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with Upgraded Circuit Protected ModuLite HD Module - 4-Way Flat part # 118760 would work well for you and not require any cutting or splicing. For a ball mount/hitch ball the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit part # 989900 seems to be the most popular option. The above ball mount kit may or may not provide the correct amount of rise/drop for you trailer. You will need to use the attached article to determine this. For a transmission cooler we have confirmed to fit your Pilot, I recommend using the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit w/Barb Inlets part # D13503 as long as you have the 6 speed transmission.

A few additional accessories you may consider useful is the Draw-Tite QSP Trailer Hitch Silencer and Cover part # 63080 and you will also need a product like part # PC3, part # e98880, or part # 63232 to secure the accessory in your 2" trailer hitch receiver. The QSP hitch cover will ensure rust does not form inside the trailer hitch while not in use and the j-pin will provide both locking and anti-rattle features for most hitch mounted accessories and ball mounts.
