Will the Carpod # M2205-01-02 Allow Doors on Ram Promaster to Open When Folded Down

Please tell me if the doors of my Ram Promaster will open with Carpod in folded down position. Thank you.

To determine whether or not the Carpod Walled, Folding Cargo Carrier # M2205-01-02 is compatible with the doors on your Ram Promaster when it is the folded position you will need to do some measuring.

The shank on the Carpod has a 5-1/2" rise and the cage part is 5-1/4" tall when it is folded. This will give you a height of 10-3/4 inches from the top of the inside of your trailer hitch receiver opening. You can use those dimensions to see if it is compatible for your application or not.

If it is compatible you will also need a hitch pin and clip # PC3, but you may be interested in a locking anti-rattle hitch pin like part # 63232.
