Recommended Brake Controller Installation in 2011 Honda Pilot
Question:
I have a 2011 Honda pilot and taking a draw tite activator IV from a Honda CRV that is hardwired. Looking for a harness to plug it directly into Pilot. Is there a harness for that?

For your 2011 Honda Pilot, there is a plug and play connector if you have a factory 7-way on your vehicle. You will just need the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - Honda # 3070-P. This plugs into your factory wiring harness which is located underneath the dash, to the left of the steering column, taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal.
If you do not have the factory 7-way, then there is not a plug and play harness for your Draw-Tite Activator IV brake controller. You would need the Replacement Brake Control Plug-In Harness for Tekonsha and Draw-Tite Brake Controller 12" Long # 20127 and will need to hardwire the system using the Universal Brake Controller Wiring Kit # ETBC7. If you don't already have a 4-way, you will also need # 118491.
