Recommended Storage Cover for a Freedom Ultralite Express 257BHS

Question:

what size cover do i need for coachmen fredom express 257bhs- sticker on trailer says 28 feet 7 inch, but I think that includes tongue? Also have swagman 2 bike rack on back. Thanks for the info- don’t want to have to return for wrong size!

According to my research, your Freedom Ultralite Express 257BHS measures about 29' long x 96" wide x 129" tall. The 29' long measurement includes the trailer tongue therefore you will need to subtract about 3' from the above length measurement (29') to account for the trailer tongue. It is also important to note that the height measurement includes both the A/C vent and wheels/tires therefore you will also need to subtract the distance from the ground to the bottom of the body from the above height measurement (129") in order to find the best fit trailer cover.

Therefore for your Freedom Ultralite Express, I recommend taking a look at the Camco UltraGuard Class C/Travel Trailer Cover part # CAM45743. The Camco UltraGuard is made of a heavy-duty polypropylene fabric that resists UV rays, water, and tears. As long as the distance from the ground to the bottom of the cab on your trailer is no more than 27" tall then the above storage cover will work for you. The cover will also extend out about 2' beyond the rear of the trailer which will also allow you to cover your bikes.

Unfortunately, none of our storage covers are specifically designed for your trailer therefore this will be your best option.
