The Curt OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch Legs for Ford Super Duty Towing Prep Package - 24,000 lbs # C16017 will work with the Q25 hitch head, but it will limit your capacity to 24,000 lbs.
You may also want to consider the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector for Aluminum Beds - 7' Long # C57008. This will connect to your factory wiring and give you a second 7-way wiring connection in the bed of your truck for easy connection access.
