Your 2016 Audi Q2 has not been fitted with any bike racks from any of our manufacturers at this time. The Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 3 Bike Rack for Vehicles w/ Spoilers - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # HRF2-3 is one of the most versatile trunk mounted racks and is made for vehicles with a top spoiler. I personally would go this route as I'm confident it will work well even though it has not been specifically confirmed to fit. I've attached a video of a similar fit to assist.

I also recommend with any hanging style rack the Hollywood Racks Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's and Alternative Frame Bikes # HRBA-PRO. This creates a top rail between the seat post and handlebars for a level transport and adequate ground clearance. I also recommend a cable lock like # e98891 to secure your bikes to the rack. The way this rack installs to your hatch will secure it to your vehicle, but you also may want to consider the Security strap # TH533.

One final recommendation is the Softride Soft Hook-and-Loop Tie Downs for Bike Racks # SR54FR to keep your front wheels on your bike from moving in transit by securing them to your frame.
