Tow Bar Wiring System to have Separate Turn Signals and Brake Lights on 2017 Buick Envision

Question:

I have a 2017 Buick envision I got wiring kit to Dingy tow my vechical got base plate from y’all worked fine but the wiring want work my blinker is separate from brake light what do I need to do to make it work I have Brown Green yellow and with to rear the light on car has blinker brake green and yellow are blinker and brake need to seperate them

Legally the dingy lights don't have to have separate brake lights and turn signals but you can certainly wire it up that way if you want. I do not know which lighting system you have but the whole kit for separate dingy lights is # 154-792-118158.

If you already have a 4 diode kit then you will just need 2 additional diodes # RM-792 and converter # 118158. I have included a diagram showing how the 6 diode system wires up.

If you have something other than a 4 diode kit let me know what it is and we can go from there.
