Looking for a Thule ski rack that will work on factory installed rack system on a 2008 Subaru Outback.

Your best fit for the 2008 Subaru Outback is the Thule SnowPack, part # TH7326. This will attach to the side rails of your Outback, avoiding the rails entirely. The SnowPack can carry up to 6 skis or 4 snowboards. It also includes four locks to secure the clamping carrier and its connection to the crossbars, providing added security.
