Ideally yes you want to install chains on all four wheels of your 2018 Subaru Forester like the Konig EZ Fit part # TH04115104 that gives you the best traction for turning, braking and acceleration. These are the correct size if you have the 225/60R17 tire size.
You'd have to check your vehicle owners manual to determine what the tire chain recommendations are. You may find that you can get away with one set and if so, which axle to use.
