Adapter Recommendation for Fitting Curt Slider Fifth Wheel Hitch in Underbed Rail Kit of Ram 3500

Do you have a set of rails for the Curt E16K sliding hitch that would fit my factory four anchor points on my 2012 Ram 3500?

Did you mean to type 2012? There wasn't a factory Ram rail kit for the trucks of that year so either you have a Reese Elite rail kit installed in a 2012 and need the # RP30156 for the Curt hitch you have or you have a newer Ram truck that does have the Ram Rail Kit and you'd instead need the # RP30154 for an adapter.
