Replacement Powered Jack Recommendation for 2015 Keystone Hideout 27rbwe
Question:
Im looking at upgrading the manual tongue jack on our 2015 Keystone Hideout 27rbwe. Im not sure what capacity jack I should be looking for. The dry weight is 5200 lbs and gross is 7600. Trailer also has an axle flip kit, not sure how much height that has added. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I recommend the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack # JET-5000. It has a lifting capacity of 5,000 lbs which would be more than you'd need but will ensure that the jack will operate quickly and last a long time. The capacity for a jack basically refers to the lifting strength needed for the tongue weight of the trailer. Your trailer would most likely have a tongue weight of 750 lbs which would be easy work for this jack.
