The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31052 referenced in your question is a front mount hitch designed to fit certain model years of the Ford Explorer. I cannot recommend it for use behind your motorhome as it was not built with this application in mind. It is also unlikely that the the size and design of the hitch will fit properly on your motorhome's frame.

To install a trailer hitch at the rear of your motorhome, I instead recommend looking at the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13703. This adjustable hitch is designed specifically for use on motorhomes and can be bolted to the vehicle frame or welded on for a no-drill installation. It can fit frame widths of 22 to 72 inches and features a high-gloss powder coat finish to resist rust and corrosion. It features a 2 inch receiver opening, a tongue weight capacity of 350 pounds and a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds. All of the necessary hardware is included.

I have attached the written installation instructions along with an installation video that you can use for reference.
