I do have a set of cab steps that are confirmed to fit your 2014 Ram 1500 but the Bully Black Bull Side Steps part # BBS-1103 will not. The Bully Black Bull Side Steps are only listed as a fit for a Dodge Ram up to 2009. For a similar option that is confirmed to fit your 2014, I recommend using the Carr LD Custom Fit Side Steps part # CARR119771.
