RM-523190-5 Once the installation is completed, and when connecting the tow bar to the drive arms, does it use 3/4inch diameter or 1/2inch diameter clevis pins?

The EZ5 base plate kit part # RM-523190-5 that you referenced will use a 5/8 inch diameter pin to attach to the tow bar like the part # RM-910029.
