For your 2015 Ford F-150 I recommend going with the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57385 for 4WD models or part # AL57268 for 2WD models. The Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs part # AL59570 is really only designed for smaller trailers. I also recommend using a compressor system like the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System part # AL25592 as this will allow you to inflate/deflate the airbags from inside the vehicle.
It is also important to note that if you have a 5th wheel trailer you will want to use the LoadLifter system as the RideControl system is not compatible with an in-bed hitch.
When comparing a set of airbags like the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57284 to a set of upgraded bump stops like the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TFR1504E, both of them will do a good job of providing additional support but the ride quality while using the upgraded bump stops will be far inferior to using an airbag kit.
