I am going to Arizona from Wisconsin with a Invacare Electric Wheelchair and am wondering if this carrier can make the ride ?

The 30x50 Flint Hill Goods Cargo Carrier # FHG77ZR that you referenced has a 500 lb capacity. As long as your Invacare Electric Wheelchair weighs less than that this it would work well from a capacity point of view.
You'd also want to make sure your trailer hitch and vehicle is rated for the amount of weight you plan to carry as well.
This carrier weighs 80 lbs.
