I do have a similar rear suspension enhancement option for you but the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2597 are not compatible with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1111 on your 2014 Ford F-250 as the gooseneck hitches frame brackets block the bolt hole needed to attach the upper airbag brackets.

Unfortunately, none of the airbag kits we have for your vehicle will work with lifted applications. On the newer Ford F-150's and F-250's, there is a bump stop contact point welded to the block spacer between the axle and leaf springs. When the vehicle is lifted, the contact point is moved and will not allow the airbag brackets to mount properly even with the use of a spacer.

The only option I have for you that will work with the B&W gooseneck hitch and the lift kit on your vehicle is the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TFR250SDG. You will want about 1" of space between the bottom of the bump stop and the top of the contact point therefore, if this distance is altered with the lift kit which it likely will be, you will want to use increments of the Timbren 1/2" Spacer part # TA25722-90P00 and the Timbren 1" Spacer part # A25723-90AH00 until the 1" of space is acquired.

I have attached an installation video of the jounce springs installed on a similar 2012 Ford F-250 for you as well.
