Will Bed Extender Fit a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac

Will the Topline Bed Extender BX4004-02 fit in a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac? If it does, will it stay clear of tonneau cover rails?

I reccomend the Curt # C57WR Universal Truck Bed Exender which will fit nearly all full size pickup trucks including Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, Dodge, Ram, and Nissan, with standard 60" wide tail gates. (6.5 foot and longer beds) and provide 36-1/2 inches of additional bed length for storage and hauling. May not work with flare-style tailgates. Compatible with most tonneau covers.

I would measure your gate width to be sure. This extender disassembles, unlike the factory one, so clearance at the wheel well will not be a problem.
