We do have some pre-assembled trailer axles with electric brakes that are rated for 3,500 lbs which you can find on the linked page. What I recommend doing is installing one of our Timbren Axle-Less Suspension Options, like part # A35RS545E.
The Timbren Axle-Less suspension has everything that you referenced and it is all in one nice package. The way that this axle installs is a lot easier than traditional axles because it takes a lot of the measuring out of the equation that you would normally have to do when installing a new axle and suspension.
If you need an axle that is rated for more that 3,500 lbs just let me know and I will make some recommendations, but they will be packaged separately.
I have attached an installation video so you can see how easy it is to install a Timbren system.
