How To Increase Frontal Storage Compartment Clearance on a 5th Wheel Trailer

I have a 2017 Bighorn 3760EL with a Lippert 1621 pin box. Will the Reese RP61422 kingpin increase the distance from the pickup tailgate and the front storage compartment door of the 5th wheel? I have a 2017 F350, dually, crewcab with factory hitch and factory puck system. I am unable to fully open the 5th wheel trailers front storage compartment door when connected to the pickup hitch. The offer of reduction in longitudinal and vertical movement is very attractive. Will this unit provide a solution so that I can open the storage door when connected to the pickup?

Yes, the 5th Airborne Premium 5th Wheel Air Ride King Pin w/ Sidewinder and Turret part # RP61422 will give you an additional 22" of clearance from the kingpin to the trailer's nose. This will in turn give you an additional 22" of clearance from the tailgate to front storage compartment on your 5th wheel trailer.
In addition to added length, the Sidewinder will reduce longitudinal chucking by 60% and vertical shock by 44%. The internal airbag can also be repositioned with 2 easy-to-access screws to better support varying loads. I have attached a review video of this pin box for you as well.
