Based on my research, it does appear that your 2005 Jayco trailer is equipped with 3,500 pound axles. With this in mind, the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-468-469 referenced in your question is most likely the correct assembly. You will just want to measure the diameter and depth of your existing drums to ensure these will fit. These brake assemblies measure 10 inches in diameter and 2-1/4 inches deep.
These assemblies also have a 4 bolt mounting flange pattern. You will need to make sure the mounting flange on your axle has the same 4 bolt pattern.
These are excellent electric brake assemblies that will automatically adjust for optimum performance and will eliminate the need for periodic manual adjustments. Both the left-hand and right-hand assemblies are included. I have attached a short video demonstration that you can also take a look at.
