The Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D # AM31994 does not have specific torque specs. The torque values will be based on the lug nuts and wheel size. For your wheel size and material, you will torque between 75 and 85 ft lbs if you have 1/2 inch lugs or between 95 and 115 ft lbs if you have 9/16 inch lug nuts. I've attached a photo to assist.
