Replacement Door Plunger/Holder Recommendation for One with Worn Out Rubber

Can I just get the rubber ? I have an existing door stopper, but the rubber no longer holds the plunger.

I wish that was available but it is not. For the price though the part # PLR62-66 wouldn't be a bad solution to get your door stopper functioning again.
