Will the Bestop TrekStep Truck Bumper Step Work With Dual Exhaust 2015 Ram 1500

Question:

I am interested in your Bestop trekstep, but I have dual exhaust on my 2015, Ram 1500 eco diesel truck. Do you have any steps that will work? I am interested in the rear fitting steps, not a side step.

If the dual exhaust pipes on your 2015 Ram 1500 exit before the rear tires or through the bed then the Bestop TrekStep Truck Bumper Step part # B75306 will work well for you. However, if your exhaust pipes exit behind the rear tires or under the bumper then the TrekStep will not work for you.

The only truck bed step option we have for vehicles with dual exhaust that exit behind the rear tires or under the bumper is the Bully Black Bull Hitch-Mounted Step part # BBS-1102. If you do not already have a trailer hitch then you will want one in order to use this step and for that I recommend the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 41948.
