I do have an AirLift kit that will work with the 1" lift on your 2009 Ford F-150 but the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57200 will not. This AirLift kit attaches to the top of the rear bump stops contact point and around the bottom of the axle. In almost all cases in which a lift kit is installed on this vehicle, the contact point for the rear bump stop is moved hence why this AirLift kit is not compatible.
For an AirLift kit that is compatible with the 1" lift on your Ford F-150, I recommend the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs part # AL59544. This AirLift kit attaches to the top of the leaf spring and to the outside of the frame rail which will not be affected by the 1" lift you have. As long as you do not have a in-bed hitch installed, then this kit will work well for you in addition to being the only option we have for a lifted Ford F-150 at this time.
In order to operate the airbags from inside the cab, I recommend the Air Lift Load Controller I part # AL25651. I have attached an installation video of the airbags installed on a similar 2009 Ford F-150 for you as well.
