I do have a solution for you, however the 18.5x8.5-8 tire size referenced in your question is an old tire size that is not used very often anymore. We do not have any tires available in this size.

The closest metric size to your existing tire will be a 215/60-8 size, such as Kenda Loadstar K399 # AM1HP22. This bias ply trailer tire has a maximum load of 800 pounds at 70 psi and a speed rating of 65 mph. It has a section width of 6.6 inches and an outer diameter of 16.5 inches. You will just want to make sure you have the necessary clearance on your trailer for the change in tire size. Also check to make sure that the combined load capacity of these tires will meet or exceed the loaded weight of your Jayco Camper.

For a tire and wheel combo, you can use the Kenda # AM3H200 for a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern or # AM3H220 for a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. I have attached an article that explains how to measure for the bolt pattern you need on your trailer.

I have also attached a couple video demonstrations on these products that you can check out.
