Repair Kit for Venture VMC900R Lead Leg Which Will not Move

Question:

I replace the motor with one purchased from you all a few months ago and that worked fine. But now the Lead leg doesn't go up or down. The crosssbar turns and the other Leg goes up and down fine. I had notices the last few times we used it that it seemed to be struggling some sounded like it was working harder than normal. Under the Cap on the Leg is VMC900R-013356. Which I believe means that it is Venture made by Lippert I have discovered that the pin that goes from the transmission into the leg is sheared.

If the pin on the lead leg of your Venture VMC900R is sheared, you would need to use Lead Jack Repair Kit # LG-146059. Should you wind up needing a new leg, you would only need to measure the outside tube; I've added a photo showing you the length of the outer tube of Replacement Lead Leg # LC119102, which is what you'd need to measure. That would be the correct replacement for your landing gear if your current leg was 29-1/2". If it measured 33-1/2" you'd want to use Replacement Lead Leg # LG-177202.
