Question:

Can i go to a larger wheel and tire? I have about 4inch of clearance above the fenders.

Generally speaking you will want to have 3 inches from the top of your tire to the bottom of the fender. That means you could go with a tire overall 2 inches taller than what you have.

That means that the largest tire size you go to is 5.30-12 which will be 1.4 inches taller than what you have. For that you'd want the # TTWSF53012C. This tire also has a higher than usual speed rating at 81 MPH as well.
