Question:
I have a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD and I would like to purchase the above rack. I an concerned about the INTERIOR width between bed rail brackets as I have a Roll N Lock bed cover already installed. Would you be willing to measure and share this dimension? Thank you.

The Aries AdvantEdge Headache Rack # AA1110104 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 as long as it has the 6-1/2 foot bed. The distance between the bed rail brackets (inside to inside) on the rack is right at 64.1 inches. This is going to mount right into to the bed rail stake pockets so you will just need to make sure your tonneau cover attaches to the inside of the bed rails to avoid any interference.
I have also included a close-up image of this headache rack mounted so you can get a better look at the space you will have on your truck with regards to the bed rails. I have attached the written installation details and a short video demonstration that you can also check out.
