Hitch Extension Recommendation for 2017 Ford F-350 to Tow 9,300 lb Trailer

Question:

I have a 30 ft travel trailer. Id like to be able to put my golf cart in the back of my truck but the tailgate needs to stay down to do it, which prevents me from pulling the camper. Can I use this to extend my hitch so that I can pull my camper? I have a 2017 Ford F-350. The camper weighs approx 9300 lbs. Thanks

We have a solution for you but since your trailer is as heavy as it is, the part # RP45018 would not have the capacity needed.

You'd need a Torklift Hitch part # TLF1008-30 installed on your truck instead so that you could use the extension part # TLE1548 but then you'd also have to use a weight distribution system like the part # RP66084 since this extension only has a high enough capacity when used with WD for your trailer.

I realize this is probably a bit shocking with the cost of everything, but it's pretty hard to extend out the hitch of a vehicle and still be able to tow such a heavy trailer.
