Gooseneck Hitch for 2013 Ram 1500 with Rambox, 6-1/2-Foot Bed and Air Suspension

I am looking for a fifth wheel hitch or goose neck for a Quad cab 2013 RAM 1500 Outdoorsman with 4 corner air suspension and RAM Box Storage. It has the 6 foot bed

Short-bed Ram trucks with the Rambox feature are not ideal for 5th wheel towing due to the reduced clearance inside the bed, between the Rambox and the trailer pin box, but some have done it. Sometimes such setups require a Sidewinder replacement pin box on the trailer which moves the actual pivot point to the rear by 22-inches.
We do offer the B&W gooseneck hitch kit # BWGNRK1309 which fits your 1500 with 6-1/2-foot bed and air suspension package. This is reviewed in the linked video. With it you can use offset ball # BWGNXA4685 for more truck-to-trailer clearance.
For an in-bed wiring harness you can use part # PK11893-11932.
