Recommendation for an Easy to Use 2-Bike Hitch Mounted Bike Rack

I am looking for an economical hitch mount rack for two bikes. Am I the only person who wants to easily take it off the car when not using and reattach as needed?

In terms of easy to install/remove that also doesn't cost an arm and a leg I recommend the Curt # C18085. I recommend this rack for a few reasons.

It is easy to handle, and fits 1-1/4" or 2" receivers, and has a capacity of 90 pounds. Since this rack holds the bikes at the wheels it is compatible with many bike styles without the need of a bike adapter bar that most hanging racks would require for alternative frame bikes.
